M\u00eame la plate-forme \u00e9tait d\u00e9j\u00e0 recouverte d&#8217;une couche de GF-UP \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur. Les panneaux \u00e9taient reli\u00e9s entre eux par des profils angulaires du m\u00eame mat\u00e9riau, coll\u00e9s \u00e0 l&#8217;int\u00e9rieur et \u00e0 l&#8217;ext\u00e9rieur, ce qui excluait tout probl\u00e8me de corrosion et de tensions thermiques.<br>M\u00eame les toutes premi\u00e8res structures sont encore en service aujourd&#8217;hui, beaucoup ont vu le monde entier.<br>Depuis, les avantages \u00e9vidents des panneaux sandwich ont fait de ce mat\u00e9riau un standard.<br>Leur combinaison en une structure stable et sans ponts thermiques exige toutefois plus que cela.<br>Les panneaux de plancher UNICAT sont renforc\u00e9s par un cadre tubulaire en acier qui permet un ancrage solide et durable avec le groupe de base.\u00a0<br>Chez UNICAT, le montage des panneaux sandwich s&#8217;effectue sans l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;inserts en bois qui, \u00e0 l&#8217;usage, se traduiraient par des ponts thermiques. Il en r\u00e9sulte un temps de montage beaucoup plus long, mais qui s&#8217;av\u00e8re payant au quotidien.\u00a0<br>Les portes et fen\u00eatres UNICAT sont dot\u00e9es d&#8217;angles renforc\u00e9s, de charni\u00e8res sp\u00e9ciales mont\u00e9es de mani\u00e8re antivol, de doubles joints d&#8217;\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9, de vitrages durs isolants et de verrouillages multiples.<br>Aujourd&#8217;hui, UNICAT ne fabrique pas seulement des carrosseries simples en version standardis\u00e9e ou personnalis\u00e9e, mais aussi des extensions lat\u00e9rales, des swing-outs, des flip-outs, des toits ouvrants et des toits relevables font partie du programme de livraison depuis des d\u00e9cennies. \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex
