{"id":1506,"date":"2019-02-25T12:24:27","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T11:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unicatexpeditionvehicles.com\/?page_id=1506"},"modified":"2022-03-29T06:13:44","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T05:13:44","slug":"frame-assembly","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/unicatexpeditionvehicles.com\/fr\/frame-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"BAS DE CAISSE SANS TORSION"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The subframe is the foundation of your rolling house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">Le sous-ensemble est la fondation de votre maison roulante.<br>Il a pour fonction de relier la carrosserie au ch\u00e2ssis, tout comme les fondations d&#8217;une maison ont pour fonction de l&#8217;ancrer sur le terrain.<br>Si une maison est construite sur une pente, sur une plage sablonneuse, sur un sol rocheux ou m\u00eame dans une zone sismique, les fondations sont \u00e0 chaque fois diff\u00e9rentes et adapt\u00e9es aux conditions particuli\u00e8res du sol.<br>Ainsi, dans la construction de v\u00e9hicules, la liaison entre la carrosserie et le ch\u00e2ssis doit \u00eatre adapt\u00e9e au ch\u00e2ssis choisi, \u00e0 la taille de la carrosserie, au poids de la carrosserie et \u00e0 l&#8217;utilisation pr\u00e9vue.<br>Pour ce qui est de l&#8217;utilisation, il existe deux cat\u00e9gories fondamentalement diff\u00e9rentes : l&#8217;utilisation sur route et l&#8217;utilisation en tout-terrain.<br>Pour une utilisation purement routi\u00e8re &#8211; et donc pour 99,9 % de tous les camions &#8211; le sous-cadre recommand\u00e9 par les constructeurs de ch\u00e2ssis de camion est suffisant ; il visse la carrosserie au ch\u00e2ssis de mani\u00e8re rigide et transmet \u00e0 la carrosserie les faibles d\u00e9formations qui se produisent. Cela suffit pour une carrosserie de transport normale, sans ouvertures dans les parois lat\u00e9rales et sans am\u00e9nagement int\u00e9rieur.<br>Mais si la caisse est un r\u00e9cipient destin\u00e9 au transport de gaz ou de liquides, les constructeurs de ch\u00e2ssis de camion prescrivent d\u00e9j\u00e0 pour ce type de caisse (qui se fissurerait sous l&#8217;effet de la torsion), m\u00eame pour une utilisation purement routi\u00e8re, un cadre auxiliaire plus \u00e9labor\u00e9 qui utilise le principe du stockage flexible dans une mesure limit\u00e9e.<br>Pour une utilisation tout-terrain, un simple sous-cadre ne suffit pas, m\u00eame un sous-cadre avec une flexibilit\u00e9 partielle serait un mauvais compromis.<br>Les prescriptions de Mercedes-Benz en mati\u00e8re de carrosserie prescrivent donc imp\u00e9rativement l&#8217;utilisation d&#8217;un ensemble de plancher sans torsion pour l&#8217;Unimog, alors que pour les camions, les cadres auxiliaires sont consid\u00e9r\u00e9s comme suffisants.&nbsp;<br>Le fait que les ing\u00e9nieurs de Mercedes-Benz Unimog aient d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 un groupe de plancher sp\u00e9cial sans torsion sp\u00e9cialement pour leur ch\u00e2ssis \u00e0 haute capacit\u00e9 tout-terrain montre toutefois la n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 d&#8217;une solution technique de haute qualit\u00e9 et respecte la meilleure tradition de la maison.<br>La question de savoir si un tel groupe de plancher est uniquement n\u00e9cessaire pour l&#8217;Unimog ou \u00e9galement pour les camions utilis\u00e9s en tout-terrain se r\u00e9duit \u00e0 une question \u00e0 laquelle il est facile de r\u00e9pondre, \u00e0 savoir si d&#8217;autres lois physiques s&#8217;appliquent ou non \u00e0 l&#8217;Unimog.<br>C&#8217;est pourquoi UNICAT utilise depuis le d\u00e9but &#8211; et pour tous les v\u00e9hicules construits &#8211; des groupes de plancher sans torsion.<br>Comment fonctionne le groupe de plancher sans torsion d&#8217;UNICAT ?<br>D&#8217;une part, le ch\u00e2ssis doit \u00eatre le plus adapt\u00e9 possible au tout-terrain et offrir une bonne stabilit\u00e9 de conduite \u00e0 grande vitesse. Pour cela, il ne doit pas \u00eatre limit\u00e9 dans sa mobilit\u00e9 pr\u00e9vue par le constructeur. La torsion du ch\u00e2ssis permet au v\u00e9hicule de garder toutes ses roues en contact avec le sol, m\u00eame sur des terrains extr\u00eamement accident\u00e9s. C&#8217;est la seule fa\u00e7on de rouler en toute s\u00e9curit\u00e9 sur le terrain.<br>La carrosserie du fourgon, quant \u00e0 elle, est con\u00e7ue comme une bo\u00eete stable et devrait se d\u00e9former le moins possible. Cela vaut bien s\u00fbr aussi pour les \u00e9quipements fixes et les installations techniques.&nbsp;<br>Celui qui a d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9tach\u00e9 des gla\u00e7ons d&#8217;un bac \u00e0 gla\u00e7ons sait ce que provoque la d\u00e9formation du bac &#8211; \u00e0 savoir le d\u00e9tachement des gla\u00e7ons du bac.&nbsp;<br>Ce qui est voulu ici &#8211; \u00e0 savoir la chute des gla\u00e7ons &#8211; doit \u00eatre \u00e9vit\u00e9 au maximum entre la carrosserie et les meubles !<br>Le ch\u00e2ssis et la caisse doivent donc \u00eatre reli\u00e9s de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu&#8217;aucune force de torsion ne soit transmise du ch\u00e2ssis \u00e0 la caisse.&nbsp;<br>Le groupe de plancher sans torsion d&#8217;UNICAT se compose donc toujours &#8211; comme le groupe de plancher Unimog &#8211; d&#8217;un support fixe et de 1, 2 ou m\u00eame 3 supports oscillants.&nbsp;<br>Le support fixe assure la fixation de la superstructure au centre et transmet les forces dans toutes les directions.&nbsp;<br>Les supports oscillants \u00e0 l&#8217;avant et \u00e0 l&#8217;arri\u00e8re ne transmettent les forces que dans certaines directions, de sorte que le ch\u00e2ssis du v\u00e9hicule peut se tordre en dessous sans aucune entrave.&nbsp;<br>Comme les forces dues au poids de la carrosserie ne peuvent pas \u00eatre transmises de mani\u00e8re uniforme au cadre alors tordu, les forces du plancher UNICAT sont transmises dans des zones d\u00e9finies du cadre.
