{"id":1506,"date":"2019-02-25T12:24:27","date_gmt":"2019-02-25T11:24:27","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/unicatexpeditionvehicles.com\/?page_id=1506"},"modified":"2022-03-29T06:13:44","modified_gmt":"2022-03-29T05:13:44","slug":"frame-assembly","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/unicatexpeditionvehicles.com\/es\/frame-assembly\/","title":{"rendered":"SOPORTE DE LA SUPERESTRUCTURA"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator is-style-wide\"\/>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify wp-block-paragraph\">The subframe is the foundation of your rolling house.<br>El soporte de la superestructura es el fundamento de su casa rodante.<br>Tiene la misi\u00f3n de unir la superestructura al chasis, al igual que los cimientos de una casa tienen la misi\u00f3n de anclarla al terreno.<br>Si una casa se levanta en una ladera, en una playa de arena, en un terreno rocoso o incluso en una zona s\u00edsmica, en cada caso los cimientos son diferentes, en cada caso se adaptar\u00e1n a las condiciones especiales del subsuelo.<br>Del mismo modo, la conexi\u00f3n entre la superestructura y el chasis debe adaptarse al chasis elegido, al tama\u00f1o de la superestructura, al peso de la misma y al uso previsto.<br>Hay dos categor\u00edas de uso fundamentalmente diferentes: el uso en carretera y el uso fuera de carretera.<br>Para un uso exclusivamente en carretera -y, por tanto, para el 99,9 % de todos los camiones- es suficiente el marco auxiliar recomendado por los fabricantes de camiones, donde se atornilla r\u00edgidamente la carrocer\u00eda al chasis, lo que hace que se transmitan hasta las mas ligeras torsiones a la carrocer\u00eda. Esto es posible en carrocer\u00edas de transporte normal sin recortes en las paredes laterales y sin montaje interior.<br>Si la carrocer\u00eda es un contenedor para el transporte de gases o l\u00edquidos, los fabricantes de chasis de camiones ya prescriben un subchasis m\u00e1s complejo incluso para un uso puramente vial (ya que se agrietar\u00eda al sufrir torsiones).<br>Un subchasis simple no basta en absoluto para el uso fuera del asfalto, incluso un subchasis con flexibilidad parcial ser\u00eda un mala opci\u00f3n.<br>Por ello, la normativa de construcci\u00f3n de Mercedes-Benz obliga para el Unimog la utilizaci\u00f3n un soporte sin torsi\u00f3n, mientras que los bastidores auxiliares se consideran suficientes para los camiones.\u00a0<br>El hecho de que los ingenieros de Mercedes-Benz Unimog hayan desarrollado un soporte especial libre de torsi\u00f3n especialmente para su chasis de alta resistencia muestra la necesidad de una soluci\u00f3n t\u00e9cnica de alta calidad y est\u00e1 en la mejor tradici\u00f3n de la empresa.<br>La cuesti\u00f3n de si este tipo de soporte s\u00f3lo es necesario para el Unimog o tambi\u00e9n para los camiones de uso fuera del asfalto se reduce a la pregunta de f\u00e1cil respuesta de si otras leyes f\u00edsicas se aplican al Unimog o no.<br>Por ello, UNICAT utiliza desde el principio, y para todos los veh\u00edculos construidos, soportes libres de torsi\u00f3n.<br>\u00bfC\u00f3mo funciona el montaje de soporte libre de torsi\u00f3n de UNICAT?<br>Por un lado, el chasis debe ser el m\u00e1s adecuado para el uso fuera de la carretera y ofrecer una buena estabilidad de conducci\u00f3n cuando se viaja a cierta velocidad. Para ello, no debe limitarse su movilidad, tal y como pretende el fabricante. La torsi\u00f3n del bastidor garantiza que el veh\u00edculo mantenga todas las ruedas en contacto con el suelo incluso en terrenos extremadamente irregulares. S\u00f3lo as\u00ed es posible una conducci\u00f3n segura fuera del asfalto.<br>La superestructura, en cambio, est\u00e1 dise\u00f1ado como una caja estable y debe deformarse lo menos posible. Por supuesto, esto tambi\u00e9n se aplica al mobiliario y al equipo t\u00e9cnico instalados.\u00a0<br>Cualquiera que haya sacado alguna vez cubitos de hielo de una cubitera sabe lo que provoca la deformaci\u00f3n del recipiente, es decir, el desprendimiento de los cubitos del recipiente.\u00a0<br>Lo que se pretende es, evitar a toda costa el efecto de la ca\u00edda de los cubitos de hielo, entre la superestructura y los muebles.<br>Por lo tanto, el chasis y la superestructura deben estar conectados de tal manera que no haya transmisi\u00f3n de fuerzas de torsi\u00f3n entre ellos.\u00a0<br>El soporte libre de torsi\u00f3n UNICAT se compone siempre de un cojinete fijo y de 1, 2 o incluso 3 cojinetes de p\u00e9ndulo, al igual que el soporte libre de torsi\u00f3n del Unimog.\u00a0<br>El cojinete fijo se encarga de la fijaci\u00f3n de la superestructura en el centro y transmite las fuerzas en todas las direcciones.\u00a0<br>Los cojinetes de p\u00e9ndulo de la zona delantera y trasera transmiten las fuerzas s\u00f3lo en determinadas direcciones, de modo que el bastidor del veh\u00edculo puede moverse por debajo sin ning\u00fan obst\u00e1culo.\u00a0<br>Dado que el peso de la superestructura no puede transferirse uniformemente al bastidor cuando se produce la torsi\u00f3n del mismo, el soporte UNICAT transfiere las fuerzas a zonas definidas del bastidor. Las fuerzas principales se transmiten exactamente al lugar donde el eje trasero tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 unido al bastidor, de modo que la carga sobre el bastidor incluso se reduce.<br>Por supuesto que el movimiento previsto entre el bastidor y la superestrutura debe tenerse en cuenta a la hora de montar tuber\u00edas, cables, dep\u00f3sitos y otros accesorios del bastidor.<br>En definitiva, una tarea compleja, que s\u00f3lo puede resolverse de forma \u00f3ptima si Superestructura y soporte se crean bajo un mismo techo, como es el caso de UNICAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p
